What is Journey Through the Light?
Journey Through the Light is the process of letting go of the physical world without sadness, fear, regret and anger. It entails knowing that we have fulfilled our soul’s purpose and have learned our karmic lessons. From the point of view of daily life, this kind of acceptance may seem difficult to imagine, but when death is close and when we are guided, the understanding of life’s lessons becomes clearer. When this understanding occurs, we are ready to let go of any distress, and our soul is free to evolve to the next level.
Journey Through the Light is a natural part of the dying process. In life we forget that each day is lived in order to reach the day when we can return home. Our mind fights to stay in this life, yet our soul wants to move into the light. When one is actively dying, there are times when the struggle toward death appears to those watching as a difficult and painful process. But because death is more than a physical process, most of the time the person dying is focused on the spirit world—even if there is an appearance of struggle.
As the dying person drifts into a less conscious state, the spirit world becomes vivid. The soul now plays a major part in the death process, and the dying becomes disconnected from the physical death. The soul focuses on its re-birth into spirit, moving in and out of earth-bound reality and allowing the dying person to view other realms, often holding full conversations with their loved ones who are waiting on the other side to welcome them. Sometimes people speak of these visions or suddenly stare at a point in the room or turn towards the window with an expression of amazement, joy or wonder. They become aware of an amazing feeling of love pulling them home, reuniting them with the spirit world, a reunion of love.
I offer two different types of sessions to aid the transition to the spiritual world.
